How much does it cost?

The beauty of custom framing is that our products do not come with a fixed price. There are so many options and variations that there isn't a concrete answer.  Size, Mats, type of piece, glass, backing, mounting, fillets these are just some of the things that our designers work through with you on each piece to make it perfect for you.  To find out how much framing for a particular item costs bring it in and work with one of our talented designers.  We promise, our prices are always competitive and the best for the quality.

What makes The Frame Shop different?

This is an excellent question.  The framing industry is full of large big box stores to whom you are a just a sale or mom and pop corner stores who can't provide you all the services you deserve.  We work in a bulk business model. That means we don't order frame moulding on a case-by-case basis. We have over 300,000 feet of frame moulding in stock at our factory. To ensure quality and efficiency, we have an expanded our team to designers, who specifically work with you to help take your framing needs from conception to completion, and framers, who have the years of experience to handcraft your frames personally. All of our work is always done in house, never outsourced. We use out size to give you the best, at the best price. 

How long does it take to frame?

Most orders will be completed within two weeks, large or complicated orders may take more time but we will always let you know if that is the case. Need something sooner, don't fret.   We stock all materials in our factory.  So there is no need for us to wait for materials,  just let our designers know when you need your pieces and they will be done.  

Do I just pick out a frame myself?

You came to The Frame Shop to get help from the experts, right? You sure did come to the right place. We understand that framing can be overwhelming. Walking into a shop with a wall full of hundreds of frame samples may have you stand there in awe. Don't worry, we are here to help. We have a team of highly experienced and wonderfully talented designers who will help with your selections along the way. We don't think of it as "just a frame". We want to know your story of your piece, why you want to get it frame, and what it means to you. This is what helps us dress up your story so it can be forever hung beautifully on the wall. 

What are your frames made of?

Our frames our made up of 100% solid wood. NEVER plastic, NEVER metal. We firmly believe that wood frames are the best fit for any type of framing needs. The other guys use metal and plastics in attempt to compete in pricing. Overall, plastic falls apart, metal breaks glass. Let's be honest here, we don't mess around. You will receive a great product for a great price, guaranteed. 

What do you frame? Can you re frame my old piece?

What can't we frame? We have framed pretty much anything you can think of. Car bumpers, pregnancy tests, records, stained glass, star wars figures, liquor bottles, baseball tickets, speeding tickets. Been there, done that.  Have something that's already framed in a yucky old style fashion? We'll give your framed items a modern facelift, we are more than happy re frame an old piece for you.
